  1. I am currently enrolled in the CNA program and am wanting to take the BLS and CMA classes. will this be possible while taking CNA class?

    1. Call 682.626.5266 to see if this will be a possibility. You can enroll in the BLS classes anytime since it is a two-hour certification that is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

The medication aide training program is strictly regulated by Texas Health & Human Services Commission and students must meet one of two requirements to enroll: 1) be a CNA with a currently active certification number plus 90 days of verifiable work experience, or 2) be a currently-employed caregiver at an assisted living center with verifiable work experience.
