We can view these struggles as learning opportunities that strengthen our character. We can perceive life’s various struggles as challenges that can be overcome. Believe it or not, but the power to start living a better life is totally in your hands. You do not need to be a passive spectator who simply allows things to happen to you without any control in the matter. You do not need to be powerless or helpless.
